What is StaplesLink and Staples National Advantage?
StaplesLink.com is the on-line ordering platform for Staples National Advantage. Staples National Advantage is the national accounts division of Staples. Through StaplesLink.com you are able to access the special rates your company can receive from Staples.
With StaplesLink.com, you can order supplies electronically from your computer --- anytime. The site provides immediate access to over 30,000 products, with new additions daily. Our easy-to-use search mechanisms help you find the products you want quickly and show you the Savings at Work program pricing.
StaplesLink has several features you will learn to enjoy including:
- The ability to log in and out of StaplesLink and add to or edit your order before submitting
- An unmatched search and product matchmaker feature
- The ability to check availability and shipping dates of your orders

How quickly can I begin to purchase office supplies?
You will be contacted by a Staples National Advantage sales representative within 3-5 days. They will be able to give you a projected start date.

Is there a minimum order with Staples?
There is a $35 minimum order requirement.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
All orders received by 3 PM will be processed on the day of receipt. In-stock merchandise is typically delivered the next business day.
If your delivery is going to your residence, your order will be delivered via UPS, typically a 2-3 day delivery period.

Can I save my personal credit card information through Stapleslink.com?
Yes. Upon placing your first order through Stapleslink.com, you will have the opportunity to securely save your personal Credit Card information to your profile. When completing the last step of submitting your order, you will be brought to the "Your Order: Purchase Information" page where you will verify the shipping information for your personal purchase. At the bottom of this page, you can enter and save your personal Credit Card information in the "Payment Method" section that will be saved for future purchases.

Do I need to place an order through Stapleslink.com to save my personal credit card information?
No. Stapleslink.com provides users an opportunity to save their personal Credit Card information without having to place an order. Under the "Administration" section on the StaplesLink Home Page, click on the "Edit My Profile" link and you have the opportunity to add or edit your personal Credit Card information.
